"NO EXCUSE"

In life you get on of two things

1. The Result you want

2.  The Excuses for not getting them

Only You Choose to Succeed

Only You Choose to Fail

Discipline - Training - Respect - Nutrition

(1) All club fees must be paid before round 6

(2) Players are required to attend at least 1 training session per week unless prior dispensation  is given to be eligible to play.

(a) Training locations and times will be published on the website each week with an optional game tape review and discussion to be held weekly.

(b) You must be attended to by the club medics if injured to be assessed if able to train or play and for rehabilitation.

(3) No arguing with your team mates or the club officials. If a problem arises, see one of the coaches and then we can sit down and discuss that matter in private.

(a) No belittling any member of the team! We are one team and no member, player or coach  may bad mouth another member! Swearing on the sidelines in the game or anywhere that spectators can hear will not be tolerated.

(4). If you have sustained a concussion during a game, you may not play or participate in any contact training drills for 1 week unless otherwise directed by a doctor and have presented a medical certificate indicating so.  This rule applies for the benefit of you and the club insurance.

(5) If injured you must be cleared by the club medic and have done a medical assessment at a training night before the game

(6) If injured, unless for work or personal reasons and you have let the coaching staff know before the day, you must attend all games to assist and support your team mates in training as  you may miss vital information on the game and the plays.

(7) You must be at venue 90mins & dressed 45mins before game time for warm up and team briefing. This is so we all have the same game plan and we all know what each other is doing.

(8) You must pay for or provide your own strapping tape and mouth guard (it is a league requirement to have a mouth guard for the game). If injured during the game the club will provide all necessary strapping tape for you. This is where some of your club fees go.

(9) You must adhere to all instructions given to you by the club and game officials.

(10) No RACISM/discrimination of any sort will be tolerated, by any member of the West Coast Fire American football team. Any infraction of these rules can result in:

 (a) A small fine that goes towards the end of season function.

(b) A game suspension

(c) Instant dismissal from the club

All members have the right to appeal.
